We walk you through every step of the way, or for any part you need support in. From: Brand/Concept Creation, Location, Business Plan, Pro Forma/P&L/Projections, Pre-Opening, Grand Opening, and Post Open Support. Providing both hourly rates and monthly or project rates.

Ryse Above also provides hourly virtual consulting. One-time or on-going. Utilize our years of high-level experience in both operations and new opens; ask us anything that you need guidance, support, or innovation from. Sometimes the old guys at the coffee shop in the morning can’t offer those difference making solutions… that’s where we come in.

Beyond that, we create courses, YouTube videos, and Podcasts that dive into many areas of hospitality operations and management.

Ryan has transformed the landscapes of many notable establishments, consistently elevating guest experiences, sales, and team morale through his visionary leadership creating environments where staffs thrive and customers rave.


An unwavering commitment to excellence that comes with proven results. At Sachi Nightclub, he skyrocketed monthly revenues from $85,000 to $200,000. His strategic acumen was further demonstrated at Saddle Ranch Hollywood, where he steered the venue to achieve an impressive $11.5 million in annual gross sales, a growth of 3% in 2008 when many of his competitors were going belly up.  Not stopping there, At Union Cattle Company, Ryan elevated monthly sales from $180,000 to $225,000 within his first year. He then created OceanBar and brought a whole new level of nightlife to Hermosa Beach. Followed by overseeing the creation of Abigaile. Later Ryan’s leadership at Cirivellos Restaurant saw gross sales leap from $750,000 to $1.75 million in under a year.

Ryan both has been involved in numerous new opens and has consistently raised sales and profits in nearly every establishment he joined earning him a reputation as a conversion and new opening expert.
